Recently, the 12th authorized operation and maintenance training session of Guriwatt, which lasted for 4 days, came to a successful conclusion. During this period, 61 students gathered in Hangzhou to analyze photovoltaic operation and maintenance issues, exchange product technical details, with the aim of improving the professional skills and quality level of photovoltaic operation and maintenance service personnel. During the training session, Wang Zhengtang, the Customer Service Director of Grewatt, stated that Grewatt's authorized operation and maintenance services aim to address bottlenecks such as high on-site operation and maintenance costs, long response times, fluctuating service demands, and a shortage of technical service personnel for distributed photovoltaic systems. In the face of a large customer base, we will continue to consolidate the level of after-sales operation and maintenance services to ensure the provision of professional and high-quality after-sales services to users. I hope to deepen our deep cooperation with partners and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results through regular authorized operation and maintenance training. The four-day training session, where experts face each other to tackle operational challenges, was full of practical knowledge. In addition to introducing general knowledge in the photovoltaic industry, such as "Introduction and Application of Common Electronic Components", "Introduction and Application of Photovoltaic System Panel Design and Anti backflow System", "Installation and Daily Maintenance Training of Gurewat's Full Series String Inverters", "Installation and Troubleshooting of Monitoring Systems", "Customer Communication Skills and Complaint Handling", and other eleven theoretical knowledge, there were also on-site inverter maintenance practices and experience exchanges, making operations and maintenance no longer just talk on paper. The comprehensive training on strengthening operation and maintenance capabilities through theory and practice will include three main themes: product explanation, on-site practical operation, and fault simulation scenarios. Through various forms of presentation such as schematic diagrams, structural diagrams, case studies, and on-site operations, the training will vividly and intuitively explain the installation, maintenance, and intelligent operation and maintenance skills of photovoltaic inverters. In order to consolidate the technical abilities of the trainees, multiple practical training sessions have been arranged in the training course, focusing on training the trainees' analytical judgment, coping strategies, and hands-on abilities when facing practical problems, so that the trainees can fully apply what they have learned. Unlike traditional pure theoretical training, the Guruiwatt authorized service training not only teaches operation and maintenance skills and theoretical knowledge, but also on-site practical operation. When encountering problems, the instructor can assist in solving them in the first time, which will help us avoid many detours in future practical situations. Most importantly, the training also teaches upstream and downstream knowledge of the photovoltaic industry and communication service skills.
