The "Photovoltaic Inspection into
Every Household" is a large-scale free inspection and maintenance
value-added service activity carried out by WAET, aiming to provide customers
with professional services for free inspection and maintenance, effectively
improve customer service experience, and give back to customers. The first
phase of the "Photovoltaic Inspection Ten Thousand Miles Tour" activity
was launched in 2021. From Inner Mongolia in the north, Hainan Island in the
south, Lhasa in the west, and Heilongjiang in the east, the WAET Photovoltaic
Inspection Service Team has traveled to more than 20 provinces and 400 cities
across the country, serving a total of 9482 power stations and 30148 inverters.

diagnosis, technical upgrade services, and operation and maintenance knowledge

October 20th to October 31st, 2022 Inspection period: November 1st to December
31st, 2022 Service targets all end users, installers, and distributors. To
ensure maximum inspection value, this activity is targeted at grid connected
inverters with a warranty period of over 30KW. Inspection process 1. Customers
who need to be inspected should actively apply and submit a service application
form for review in the background. 2. The inspection personnel coordinate the
dispatch according to the project location. 3. Inspection personnel shall
provide on-site inspection and maintenance services, and provide training on
power plant related knowledge to customers. 4. The inspection personnel fill
out the inspection service report, and after the inspection is completed, our
company will also conduct a telephone follow-up. Inspection content: Power
station inspection scope: inverters, connectors. Inverter: power generation
working condition, appearance, structure, connection terminals, monitoring,
working environment. Connectors: MC4 terminal connection temperature (thermal
imager), DC distribution box switch, voltage, lightning arrester, AC
distribution box switch, voltage, lightning arrester. Specialized inspection
features: Conduct professional inspection and maintenance of power plants and
products from a technical perspective. Standardization: Dispatch professional
maintenance personnel through standardized and regulated maintenance processes.
