In order to promote technological progress in the photovoltaic energy storage industry and enhance the innovation and practical abilities of R&D technicians, a new energy photovoltaic energy storage technology training conference was successfully held in our company on the afternoon of June 26th, hosted by Century Power Network and co organized by Guriwatt. Representatives from the photovoltaic energy storage industry, university experts, and others had in-depth exchanges and discussions on various technical issues related to the development of the photovoltaic energy storage industry. More than 80 core R&D personnel from Guriwatt participated in the training conference.

Wu Liangcai, Vice President of Guriwatt, expressed warm gratitude to the guests who arrived. He said that with the continuous advancement of the global energy transformation process, the energy storage industry has also ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. Nowadays, in the field of new energy, the challenges faced are not only power conversion itself, but also energy management, data analysis, and optimization of large-scale systems. Today's training conference brought together experts, scholars, and industry elites to actively communicate on-site and jointly promote the progress of the new energy industry.

Ye Dan, Deputy General Manager of Toshiba Electronic Components Semiconductor Engineering Department, stated that Toshiba Semiconductor has launched a highly competitive dual silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET module in the industry. Toshiba's third-generation SiC MOSFET chip has low power consumption and design flexibility, and is suitable for applications such as photovoltaic power generation systems and energy storage systems that use DC 1500V. It is compatible with Growa high-power industrial and commercial energy storage inverters as well as grid connected photovoltaic inverters, improving the equipment efficiency of inverters.

Professor Zhang Xing from the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering at Hefei University of Technology talked about the grid control strategy of high penetration new energy generation grid connected inverters from the aspects of virtual synchronous machines, DC voltage synchronization, and virtual oscillators. He stated that the network control mode and the network construction control mode have complementary characteristics in terms of stability. With the further increase in the penetration rate of new energy, when frequency fluctuations become prominent and exhibit low inertia grid characteristics, grid type control will gradually increase its market share and play a greater role.

Deng Suixiang, on-site technical support manager at Texas Instruments (TI), stated that chips are the core components of inverters, and TI's processors have strong safety performance, higher computing speed and frequency, which can effectively improve the performance of inverters and energy storage, thereby maximizing the service life of equipment. He Weijian, the manager of field application engineer, said that TI's wireless connection products could meet the harsh outdoor optical storage application scenarios, so as to build a new generation of energy Internet.


Professor Zhang Xin from the School of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University stated through an online live broadcast that artificial intelligence technology can further help the power electronics industry reduce costs, improve production and operation efficiency, and endow it with new quality productivity. He talked about the automation design of power electronic equipment, DC power supply, inverter power supply, fault diagnosis of power system, and instability monitoring and governance technology of microgrid system based on artificial intelligence technology. He stated that the combination of electronic power artificial intelligence algorithms and chips, as well as the fusion of physical information and data-driven artificial intelligence methods, has broad prospects.

Chen Qi, the head of the South China region for power products at Shide Technology, stated that the APS series advanced power system helps with third-generation photovoltaic efficiency, energy storage inverter endurance, fast battery charging and discharging, and rapid temperature rise testing. APS can accurately monitor the working status of the control system, measure the current in the system precisely, achieve resistance calibration, current transformer calibration, high current, low resistance testing, etc.

Associate Professor Liu Yitao from the Department of Automation at the School of Mechatronics and Control Engineering, Shenzhen University, provided a detailed introductiongrid-tied inverterResearch on electromagnetic interference suppression and magnetic integration optimization. Described the design methods of passive EMI filter parameters, passive EMI filter magnetic integration design, and EMI filter full integration design scheme, and provided a detailed explanation of the LCL-EMI filter magnetic integration design scheme.

During the training meeting, the R&D engineers at Grewatt actively asked questions and exchanged ideas on the problems encountered in frontline operations, and received answers and guidance from professional teachers.
